After the tinplate box is printed, a layer of surface protection oil should be added to improve the scratch performance of the printed iron (printed tinplate), increase the hardness, and increase the flexibility and corrosiveness of the printed cotton coating. Depending on the surface protection oil, the iron drum will give people a different feeling. The following are commonly used protective oils: light oil: good complementary color performance, improve the clarity of the primary colors, make the iron armor more shiny, in line with the traditional aesthetic habits of consumers.

Dumb oil: Phosphorous iron surface matte, paper texture, elegant decorative effect.

Over-light imprinting matte: You can add a layer of varnish on the ferrophosphorus, or you can partially print the difference in matte oil, gloss and hand feeling to highlight important information.

Explosive oil: The surface of the printed iron has irregular explosive patterns, transparent scales like crystal, and the reflection of light makes the exquisite printed book three-dimensional, rustling feeling, sometimes the color effect will change, and the ornamental is very good.

Pearl oil: to the surface of the iron box with a small drop of luster, so that the print is more bright.

Orange peel oil: give people the corresponding feel of iron, and orange peel surface pattern almost.

Rubber oil: the use of this oil, feel soft, no iron feeling.
